Mary Ann, our living "proof of concept," was generously supported in her education by Boy and Evelyn Nazareno. Currently residing in Germany, Mian possesses over a decade of expertise in leadership development and organizational effectiveness within renowned European corporations. Notable positions held include Global L&D Lead at Roche and L&D Manager EMEA at DHL Deutsche Post. Mian holds an MBA and an MA in Organizational Psychology.

Lukas, also based in Germany, is deeply entrenched in the European start-up ecosystem, boasting a wealth of experience and an extensive network across multiple sustainable fast-growth companies. With a background in Management Engineering, Lukas has held key positions including Chief of Staff at Dance, Expansion Manager at Spin, Ops & Sales Strategy at ESL, and Technical Consultant at iSolutions.

Pia, CEO and Founder of OneCORE, brings over 20 years of coaching and counseling expertise in Asia. As a trailblazer, she has pioneered life-coaching in the Philippines. Pia holds a Harvard degree in Behavioral Economics and Strategic IQ in Management. Based in Manila, she also serves as the Country Director of EngageRocket and is an accomplished author and TV personality.

Hannah, a magna cum laude graduate in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman, hails from Athens, Greece. Her experience includes interning at the only Filipino Certified B non-profit organization and receiving the UP Business League Service Award for the "Best Advocacy Initiative.” Hannah is now based in Manila and proudly serves as Employee No. 1 at Alon Akademie.

Marco is a Cum Laude graduate in AB Psychology from the Ateneo De Manila University with a background in developmental and positive psychology. Based in Manila, he serves as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a primary facilitator of the Alon Akademie's workshops.

Monette, based in Manila, brings over 30 years of experience as an educator and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Monette's educational background includes psychology and educational management in the Philippines. Her professional journey encompasses roles such as Chief Learning Officer at Teach for the Philippines, Education Program Manager at Peace Corps, Department Head at Brent International School of Baguio, and Trainer with the International Catholic Migration Commission and UNHCR.

Ahtisa Manalo, a Filipino model and businesswoman, now lends her expertise as the Brand Expert at Alon Akademie. Crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2018, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Ahtisa, with a degree in accounting, previously served as the Managing Director at Visum Ventures, showcasing her skills in PR and social media. In her current capacity at Alon Akademie, she continues to contribute to the dynamic world of brand management.

Noel, the Managing Director at Exchange Equity Partners Group Corporation, possesses extensive expertise in investment banking and corporate banking in Asia, spanning over 30 years. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at CLSA ECI, overseeing the origination and execution of capital market and M&A transactions. Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, as well as a Master of Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.

Joy, a chef and entrepreneur, has been dedicated to fostering opportunities in the food and beverage industry for the past decade. In addition to her culinary pursuits, she actively engages in civic projects, offering aid to communities affected by calamities. Joy has also played a crucial role in developing a platform that empowers students to safeguard themselves against human trafficking and abuse. She has pursued studies in Multimedia Arts and Culinary Arts in the Philippines and furthered her expertise with a specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.

Cecille has a decade-long experience in education and food consultancy. Currently homeschooling her son, she brings knowledgeable insights from her experiences as a mom and background as an entrepreneur. Cecille studied Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management and is currently residing in Manila.
